The communication inverter uses advanced anti-injection noise suppression technology, does not interfere with communication equipment

The communication inverter uses advanced anti-injection noise suppression technology, does not interfere with communication equipment; and has an unattended function. The whole series of communication dedicated inverter power supplies provided by our company can be equipped with AC input unit according to user needs. When the mains power is normal, the mains power is stabilized and filtered to supply power to the load, which greatly meets various applications. To reduce the capacity of the DC screen and reduce the cost of system configuration.

The intuitive front panel LCD display and alarm function of the communication inverter make the communication between man and machine more friendly; it can be connected to the computer through the optional RS232 communication port to understand the working history of the inverter power supply, automatic switch machine, parameter monitoring, Unattended and extended to remote network monitoring functions, can meet the use of advanced network systems.

The functions of each part of the modern communication inverter power inverter system are as follows:

  1. Rectifier circuit: The rectifier circuit uses rectifier switching devices, such as semiconductor diodes, thyristors (SCRs) and self-switching devices, to convert alternating current into direct current. In addition, the rectifier circuit should also have the functions of suppressing current harmonics and power factor adjustment.

      2. Inverter circuit: The function of the inverter circuit is to convert direct current into alternating current, that is, by controlling the working frequency and output time ratio of the inverter circuit, the frequency and amplitude of the inverter's output voltage or current are in accordance with people's wishes Or equipment work requirements to flexibly change.

  3. Control circuit: The function of the control circuit is to generate and adjust a series of control pulses as required to control the on and off of the inverter switch, so as to cooperate with the inverter main circuit to complete the inverter function.

  4. Auxiliary circuit: The function of the auxiliary circuit is to transform the input voltage of the inverter into a DC voltage suitable for the operation of the control circuit. For AC grid input, power frequency step-down, rectification, linear voltage stabilization, etc. can be used. Of course, DC-DC converters can also be used.

  5. Protection circuit: The functions of the protection circuit mainly include: input overvoltage and undervoltage protection; output overvoltage and undervoltage protection; overload protection; overcurrent and short circuit protection; overheating protection, etc.
