When the inverter output feedback does not have a zero-crossing point for 64ms continuously,

(1) Output short-circuit protection of the inverter

When the inverter output feedback does not have a zero-crossing point for 64ms continuously, it is regarded as an output short circuit, the UPS output is turned off, the UPS beeps for a long time and an alarm is displayed on the panel.

(2) Output voltage protection of the inverter

When the inverter output feedback voltage is lower than 140V or higher than 276V for 80ms continuously, it is regarded as output undervoltage or overvoltage for protection, the UPS transfers to bypass mode, the UPS beeps for a long time and an alarm is displayed on the panel.

(3) BUS overvoltage protection of the inverter

When the BUS voltage exceeds 440V for 64ms continuously, it is considered that the BUS is over-voltage and protected, the UPS transfers to the bypass mode, the UPS beeps for a long time and an alarm is displayed on the panel.

(4) Inverter current limiting protection

The protection circuit monitors the output current value. If it exceeds 3.6 times the rated current, the current-limiting protection circuit immediately turns off the PWM and resets the PWM at a 19.2kHz cycle until the output current value is less than 3.6 times the rated current.

(5) Over-temperature protection of the inverter

When the system temperature is too high, the temperature switch trips, making the UPS transfer to bypass mode, the UPS beeps for a long time and an alarm is displayed on the panel (detection time 0.5s).

(6) Load protection of inverter

110%~130%

If the UPS detects that the load exceeds 110% before jumping from the bypass to the inverter, it cannot enter the inverter state. At this time, the UPS beeps once every 0.5s and displays the status on the panel. If the load is detected between 110% and 130% after power-on, the UPS will beep once every 0.5s and display the status on the panel. After 10s, the UPS will switch to bypass mode; after that, if the load is reduced to below 100%, the UPS Restart the soft boot. If the UPS detects that the load is between 110% and 130% in the battery power supply mode, the UPS will beep every 0.5s and display the status on the panel; if the load is not reduced below 100%, the UPS will transfer to bypass after 10s Mode, this state can only be released by pressing the OFF button.

Greater than 130%

If the load is detected to be greater than 130% after power-on, the UPS will beep once every 0.5s, and the status will be displayed on the panel, and the UPS will transfer to the bypass state. After that, if the load is reduced to below 100%, the UPS restarts. If the UPS detects that the load is greater than 130% in the battery power supply mode, the UPS will beep every 0.5s and display the status on the panel; at the same time, the UPS will switch to bypass mode; this status can only be released by pressing the OFF button.
